The Blue Ridge Arts Council Inc.’s winter art class will focus on “Mixed Media on Paper." The class will be held on Thursdays, beginning Jan. 7 and ending Feb. 25.
Each class will run from 7-9 p.m. artd be conducted in the home economics classroom at Warren County Middle School, on 15th Street in Front Royal.
