V The Scotts also said that their B&B is a marginal business at best. They said that they did not wish to “cause unhappiness for Ms. Kuhn,” or interfere in the sale of Mr. Miller’s property. “But, this deals with our livelihoods, and many of us are concerned,” they said.
In the letter, the Scotts asked that “a final decision on this matter be postponed until a meeting can be convened of County and Town officials with Innkeepers of Rappahannock to further investigate the facts involved in this matter and consider the heed for a moratorium on further new Inns.”
