The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the ground of the parties having lived separate and apart ^without interruptions and without cohabitation for a period in excess of one year pursuant to Virginia Code Section 20-91 (a) (9).
It appeanng from an affidavit that defendant, Alan F. Netherby is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is ordered that the defendant appear before this Court within ten days after due publication of this notice or before August 29, 1994, and do what is necessary to protect his interest herein.
