Services Board Meeting Set
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at the Holiday inn, Culpeper.

Aerobic Classes To Begin
New aerobic sessions will begin Jan. 9 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington and will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. For information call Beth Levick, 675-3108.
Piedmont Alliance To Meet
The Piedmont Alliance for the Mentally 111 will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12 in the Board Room of Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton.
Dr. Susan Zimmer, Chiropractic Physician, will present “Food for Thought” and how nutrition can help physically and mentally. There will be discussion on practical measures to promote health confidence and family empowerment to reduce stress, to explore the body-mind connection, and to optimize your health potential.
Dr. Zimmer directs a family wellness practice in Marhsall drawing on 25 years of clinical experience including Johns Hopkins Hospital and hospitals in China.

Clinics Scheduled
Rappahannock County Health Department will be holding walk-in clinics from 9-11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 6, 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12 andfrom 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 25.
Computer Classes Being Held
Through a dynamic job training program known as EDWAA, employees of the Aileen manufacturing plant are being trained one the use of computers. The Warrenton Business Center (WBC) is providing the computer skills training at the Flint Hill Fire House in Flint Hill. “ WBC is presenting instruction on Introduction to Computers, Keyboarding, Windows WordPerfect and Lotus 1-2-3. The “mobile classroom” uses state-of-the-art Toshiba notebook computers, Panasonic printers, instructor and course materials. Small, six person classes ensure individual attention to sudents who need to update their skills to re-enter the job market.
WBC’s “mobile” training area covers Fredericksburg, Woodbridge, Manassas, Bowling Green, Leesburg and Fairfax.
