The board also reviewed an application for a special exception permit from Pat Saltonstall concerning boundary adjustments she desires to make on her property. She wishes to Separate two parcels, to be over 10 f

acres, and add the remaining i acreage to Points of View Farm.

Diane Kidwell, who owns neighboring property, opposed the application and told the board she was concerned with the shared right-of-way ' and did not want to see more traffic on that right-of-way as a result the boundary adjustments.
