Two other acts of vandalism occurred on the , ■ evening of Saturday, Jan. 1. The passenger window ’ of a Saab parked on Harris Hollow Road was broken. And the driver’s side window of a vehicle parked on Gay Street was shattered. Deputies are investigat- * ing the crimes. V<
An investigation is currently underway to find a champagne colored 1990 Honda with license plate number YWK-1879. A woman reported the vehicle« stolen on Dec. 30, after returning home to v Sperryville on Dec. 29. She last saw the vehicle on Dec. 15, when her boyfriend drove her to B.W.I. airport in the vehicle.
But since her return, she has not heard from her boyfriend, her car is missing, and she does not know her boyfriend’s whereabouts. If anybody has information about the missing vehicle, please call the Sheriff’s department at 675-3331.
In the Dec. 8 edition of the Rappahannock News, a fire was reported at the Huntly post office. The fire \ did not occur at the post office, but at the property.’.' adjacent to the post office.
