Missions groups resume this Wednesday at 7 p.m. All children ages three to 18 are invited to attend. There are lots of classes and exciting things to learn and do. For more information call 937-6159.
Sunday, Jan. 2, the Amissville Baptist Church had a Deacon’s ceremony. There were three new deacons sworn in: Patrick Hendren, Rick Bailey, and Bill Potter. The ordination was very moving. Congratulations!
Happy birthday wishes to the following: Jacqueline Dawson, Eric Keller, Zachary Herbert, Madison Herbert, Luke Morrison, Lauren Morrison, Mattie Nawrocki, Christian Nawrocki, Curtis Stuart, Adrian Butler II, and to our nephew Eric Hitt. Belated birthday to Curt Stuart who turned 16 on Dec. 28.
Congratulations to Ronnie Jones, who received a trophy for “Most Valuable Player” for the Titans Team Little League Football.
