On Monday, Jan. 17, the McCormick Civil War Institute of Shenandoah University and Hardtack Tours Inc. are proud to present an evening to commemorate the birthday of Robert Edward Lee.
This celebration will be "held at Dean’s Steakhouse located in Front Royal, beginning with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., with period entertainment provided by the Tuscarora Civil War Brass Band. A sit down dinner, fol-lowed by a lecture given by his, torian John M. Coski from the museum of the Confederacy in Richmond on the Robert E. Lee Exhibition, “Can anyone say that they know him?” will complete the evening.
