It's a girl! Nellie Kay Sisk of Boston is proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Victoria Lynn on Dec. 20 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. Victoria weighed eight pounds and 14 ounces and was 21 inches long. Delighted grandparents are Monica Sisk of Sperryville and Lester Sisk of Madison. Victoria also has a sister, Allie, three years old.
