OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chelsea GCA Realty, Inc., a national real estate firm specializing in the development and management of premium outlet shopping centers, seeks an Operations Manager for our Leesburg facility.
Successful candidate will be a hands-on, team-oriented manager with a minimum of two years supervisory experience. Construction knowledge required; Law Enforcement knowledge helpful. Responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing custodial, maintenance and security staff; overall maintenance of shopping center; management of custodial/ maintenance/security budget; and hiring and supervision of outside contractors. Must be available to work weekends.
