Headwaters board to
meet
The January board of directors meeting for Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will take place Monday, Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. The meeting is open to the public.

IRS ruling may save
farmers tax dollars
Virginia farmers who failed to make a profit in the past three tax years may be able to get a refund from the Internal Revenue Service, under a ruling issued last month by that agency.
