William Fletcher

Washington resident

William McKinley Fletcher, 61, of Harris Hollow Road, Washington died on Wednesday, Dec. 20 at his residence.

He was a truck driver for the city of Falls Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Nathan Fletcher of Washington and Milton Fletcher of Falls Church; two aunts, Lillie Gates Peyton of Washington and LuJana Pope of New York and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, Elder Aaron R. and Jessie D. Fletcher and a brother, Aaron Fletcher.

Funeral services were conducted at W.C. Thompson Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 29 with the Rev. Forrest Freeman of Sperryville.

Interment was in Culpeper National Cemetery.
