Holiday Classic.

That night the Varsity squad took the court at 7 p.m. against the hosting Page County varsity Panthers. It was a rough night for the Rapp squad and they couldn’t find their rhythm. They fell behind early and never made it back into the game. The final score was Page 90 and RCHS 67.

Senior Chris Fletcher had 17 points and Mark Wharton added another 16 in the loss. The next night the Rapp squad went up against their non-District nemesis the Luray Bulldogs. Having already lost twice to Luray this season, it was not an opponent the Rapp squad was unfamiliar with But on this night the Bulldogs were too much for the Panthers.

It was not a good night for the RCHS fans that traveled to Page County to watch the game. It ended with Luray winning 87 to 29. Senior Mark Wharton led Rajap scorers with 14 points.
