Lambert Orkis on a fortepiano and violinist Lisa-Beth Lambert perform Sunday, Feb. 2 the second of three concerts planned over a period of two years which explore 16 of the piano and violin sonatas* by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
The concert will be held at The Theatre on Gay Street in Washington where the first concert in the series was held last November.
Mozart wrote the sonatas for piano and violin between 1778 and 1788. The sonatas to be performed at this second concert are No. 7 in F Major, KV 376; No. 16 in E Flat Major, KV 481; No. 11 in G Major, KV 379; No. 4 in e minor, KV 304; No. 15 in B Flat Major, KV 454.
