There recently have been
several political developments in the Tbwn of Washington. There will be at least two more. A new council member will be selected. A new mayor will be chosen.
All this makes for an unsettling situation; a new political reality combined with a newly proposed but undefined wastewater plan. Unsettling because the citizenry has no factual information about that plan and, at the time this is written, Jan. 27, the council isn’t talking.
