As an Amissville resident, I wondered why the comprehensive plan recommendation hadn’t been implemented.
I began to organize the resources needed to take the survey to the next level — a professional survey that would cost at least $20,000.
The Commonwealth of Virginia would contribute some funds, but most of the money had to the come from the county.
So I assembled a coalition which eventually included the
