Judge Parker sentenced Fournier in Fauquier Countycourt to five years for each of the two indecent liberties charges and 10 years for a charge of abduction.
The judge ordered that Fournier be held in jail locally for six months to take care of medical problems that need to be addressed regarding his eyes.
The judge also said that when Fournier is released he will be on five years probation.
