LIST OF DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE AND NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to §58.1-3924 of the Code of Virginia, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County has directed that the following list of real estate which is delinquent for the nonpayment of taxes as of 5 December 2002 be published. Further, notice is hereby given as provided by § 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia, that unless delinquent taxes, interest and penalties for year 2000 and all prior years are paid, then 30 days after the publication of this notice, proceedings will be commenced to sell those parcels shown below in BOLD-FACE TYPE for payment of delinquent taxes, these parcels being delinquent as to taxes due on 5 December 2000 or some earlier year.
