Mrs. Brown is survived by one daughter, Nancy Brown Messick of Richmond and one son, Roger Floyd Brown, of Havre De Grace, Md.
Additional survivors include one sister, Ada Hawkins Turner of Roanoke, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held March 20 at First Baptist Church in Front Royal. Interment followed at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
