Students, teachers and parents at Wakefield Country Day School took a step back in time, gathering in the School’s Great Hall for the Annual Medieval Banquet on March 12.
It consisted of an evening of games, celebration, feasting and other forms of what used to constitute Medieval “fun.”
This wonderful 20-year old Wakefield tradition involving students in grades 3 through 7, and 9 began with the “Donning of the Costumes.”
All pages, damsels, squires and ladies assembled at the “Jousting Gallery” at three bells, and with much fanfare, bowing and curtsying, they witnessed the Grand Entry and Processing of the Duke and Duchess (the boy and girl with the highest grade point
