Chairman Wesley Mills pointed out that the approach taken last year to present an austere budget did not work because even that was cut by the supervi-, sors.
"This budget," said Mills, "presents our targets. . but I don't think we re going to get everything."
The board also approved Superintendent Williams' proposal for the remaining 13 snow make-up days by using all of the spring break days, except for Good Friday, and with the balance coming from "banked" time accrued.
