Forestal Advisory Committee recommended approval of the withdrawal, as long as information regarding Miller’s verbal withdrawal requests to McCarthy and to Commissioner of Revenue Beverly Atkins be included in the record. The withdrawal, if approved by the Board of Supervisors, would allow Miller to subdivide the parcel, if he so chose, into 25acre lots in lieu of the 50acre minimums required in an agricultural forestal district.
