In other matters, Mayor Gene Leggett opened the floor to public comment regarding a possible expansion of the town’s Planning Commission from five to seven members. Several town residents spoke out on the issue.

Current chairman of the town Planning Commission, Barbara Stockton felt strongly against the possible additions.
