Two remaining youngsters who attended the Dec. 29, 2003 party after which Dylan Corbin, 16, was killed in a car accident, wept before General District Court Judge Charles B. Foley on Tuesday accused of alcohol charges.

Philip Vaught, 19, of Front Royal, who faced charges of alcohol possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, was sentenced to 50 hours of community service, placed on supervised probation until he completes his community service and fined $500. His driver’s license was suspended for three months but he was given a restricted license to go to and from school and work.

Megan Murphy, 18, of Front Royal, charged with misdemeanor alcohol charges, was sentenced to 50 hours of community service and three months restricted operator's license.
