Notice is hereby given that Daniel Armor has applied for a permit from the Marine Resources Commission to construct a 12-foot wide, concrete span bridge over tho Hughes River in Rappahannock County to provide entry into a private property from VA Route 707 through an existing easement. The bridge will remain approximately 5 feet above ordinary high water and completely span approximately 53 feet of water.
