Gray Ghost Vineyards’ 2003 Cabernet Franc took home the gold at the Tasters’ Guild International Wine Competition held April 21-24 in Grand Rapids, Mich.
This is the sixth consecu- | tive year Gray Ghost has won a gold in the prestigious competition. It also won silver medals on the 2002 Reserve Chardonnay and 2003 Vidal Blanc and bronze medals for the 2002 Chardonnay and 2003 Adieu.
Forty judges evaluated over 2,000 wines from 15 countries and 31 j states^provinces. The Tasters \ Guild adheres to the philosophy of evaluating wines in price categories for better value perception.
Gray Ghost also took home two medals from the Riverside International Wine Competition in California. The 2003 Adieu won a silver and the 2002 Chardonnay a bronze. Gray Ghost was awarded a bronze for the 2003 Adieu at the San Diego National wine competition.
