Mr. DeBergh is survived by two daughters, Deborah Harris Flournoy and her husband, Bobby, and Diane Randolph Moore and her husband, Chuck, all from Washington.
Additional survivors include three grandchildren, Adrianne Moore and Morgan and Gregory Flournoy, all from Washington.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 20 from 6-8 p.m. at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 21 at 10 a.m. at the Washington Baptist Church with the Rev. Philip Bailey and the Rev. John Burke officiating. Interment follows at the Masonic Cemetery in Washington.
