Howard Clark, a tenth grade student at Rappahannock County High School, was awarded first place individual scorer in F.F.A. federation dairy judging competition. In team judging Rappahannock placed fourth. Other team members were Roy Weakley and Larry Jolliffe, both of Amissville. The Boy Scouts of Two Rivers District held a camporee from Friday until Sunday at Catherine Furnace in Page County. Scout Troop #64, Washington, Va., under the leadership of Scoutmaster T. Carlyle Lea Jr., placed first in all camporee activities which they entered, having a score of 500 out of a possible 550. In Washington’s Mohawk Patrol were Patrol Leader Page Moffet, Stuart Hawkins, John Henry Williams, and Wade W. Massie. A contest has been launched to select the 1964 Carnival Queen of the Washington Volunteer Fire Company Carnival. The young ladies’
