Each award applicant must be a senior enrolled at a Virginia public high school planning to attend Virginia Tech with at least a 3.75 overall grade point average and/or be ranked in the top 10 percent of his/her class. The applicant is required to submit an application, which demonstrates academic accomplishment, leadership experience, and community service activities.
