The restaurant in Watts’ barber shop building at Washington opened on Sunday under new management after being closed for several weeks for renovation. It is now operated by Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Johnson and has counter service rather than table space. They specialize in homemade pies which are made by Mrs. Johnson. Commissioners on the boundary line committee of Rappahannock, Culpeper and Madison counties met Tuesday to study the disputed area and make a tour of the sections in question. From Rappahannock were Gen. Daniel Noce and D J). Miller, recently appointed to the seat of the late Elmo Flynt. Seven Eagle Scouts in Rappahannock were honored at dinner last Wednesday by the local Lions Club. They are Page Moffett and Jimmy Jenkins, Leslie Titchenell, Tim Kilby, David Palmer and Mike TitchenelL Christopher Parrish, son of Mr. and Mrs. LL.
