Everett Estes Corbin, Sr., of Culpeper died Aug. 23 at his residence.
Mr. Corbin was bom March 12, 1932 to the late Wesley Corbin and Adeline Corbin in Madison County, Va.
He retired as a selfemployed tree surgeon. He loved his family, blue grass music, playing cards and the Redskins’ football team.
Mr. Corbin is survived by his wife, Nellie Corbin of Culpeper, four daughters: Beverly Jean Kilby of Culpeper, Patsy Ann McPeak and Frances Fay Corbin of Amissville, and Linda Lou Moore of Rixeyville; three sons: Everett Estes Corbin, Jr. and Thomas Warren Corbin of Midland, and Timmy Caton Corbin of Culpeper, as well as five step-children.
Additional survivors include three brothers: John Corbin of Flint Hill, Daniel Corbin of Culpeper and Marvin Corbin of Orange; and five sisters: Ella Nicholson of Culpeper, Margaret Hitt of Orange, Bessie Corbin and Lilly Corbin of Culpeper, and Betty Tharp of Reva, 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
