The Fauquier County Department of Human Resources is recruiting for the position of Receptionist. Position will perform receptionist and clerical tasks to include answering a multi-line telephone system; routing calls: assisting the public; and providing general office/clerical support.
Qualified applicants should possess general knowledge of standard office and receptionist procedures and switchboard operations. The ability to understand and follow oral and written directions: operate standard office equipment; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency employees and the general public is needed.
Preferred applicants should possess proficiency with Word and Excel software packages and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience relating to the performance of duties. Excellent benefits. Salary Range: $17,871.74 - $26,808.66.
