The Beahm family reunion honoring

_e Washington and Nancy Bolen Beahm will be held Sunday. Sept. 5 at noon at the Rappahannock County Recreation Center in Washington. Bring a covered dish and a favorite drink to share. The Settle family reunion will be held at Spillman Park in Jeffersonton Sunday Sept. 5 at 2 p.m. Bring a dish, chairs and drinks (no alcohol). Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. Bring your pictures and genealogy.

Democrats to meet

The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will hold a meeting Tuesday, Sept. 7 at the Rappahannock County Library. Refreshments and conversation take place from 7:15-7:45 p.m. Then, the general meeting will begin featuring a special presentation on health care and a comparison of the two campaigns' positions by Stephanie Ridder.
