I would like to commend
Debbie Lacy for her bravery and courage in objecting to Roy Pullen being hired as a janitor in the elementary school.
It is irrelevant that Roy Pullen is no longer a drunk. He was charged with rape and convicted of taking indecent liberties with a 10-year old girl, but gets praised for his sobriety. There is something seriously wrong with this legal system which would sentence a man to only 12 months in jail regardless of whether it happened 20 years ago or yesterday.
Anyone who ha$ experienced being violated as a child, first-hand, can truly appreciate the great courage that Debbie needed to summon as she faced down this
