March 7: Scouting
Rappahannock County Friends of Scouting will hold their annual fundraising breakfast at 8 a.m., on Saturday, March 7 at the Amissville United Methodist Church. John Kiser, a local resident, will be the guest speaker. He will discuss his new book, “The Commander of the Faithful: The Life and Times of Emir Abd el-Kader -? a Story of True Jihad."
