On Friday, Sept. 11 at 7 pm, Chester Gap Baptist Church will host a film presentation of “The Cross and the Towers,” a compelling documen tary with actual footage of 9/11, that follows the lives of seven individuals who were changed forever, not only by that day in September 2001, but by the stunmng symbol of hope they found at Ground Zero. In the midst of America’s darkest hour, hope was revealed - three crosses standing in the rubble. This is a free event, open to the public, and there will be childcare (with a simultaneous kids’ movie ) provided for those aged 10 and under. For more information, call the church at 540636-4336.
