Another TAIZE’ Healing Prayer Service will take place at Little Fork Episcopal Church, Rixeyville, on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to participate in the TAIZE’ programs which are on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month The services provide spintual and physical healing in a peaceful, candlelit environment through meditative scripture reading, prayer and worship music. Beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, Little Fork Episcopal Church, Rixeyville, is changing the time for the Sunday traditional morning worship service to 11 a.m. The start of the contemporary worship service will continue at 8:30 a.m.
The “Kids’Community Bible Club” sponsored by Washington Baptist Church, Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Trinity Episcopal Church and the Flint Hill United Methodist Church will start its sixth year on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 3:30 p.m. Children in grades one to six are invited and young people in grade seven may come and serve as helpers.
