The 25th Annual Rappahannock I>abor Day Mixed Doubles Handicapped Whistle Cup Tournament was held for the 19th year Sunday and Monday. The tournament winners on Monday were Teresa McLawhorn of Flint Hill and Doug Baumgardner of Sperryville, who won 16 games. Stuart Henry of Castleton and Carolyn Henry of Warrenton won 12 games to earn run
