Authorities Raid Buckingham Still One Of Three Escapes In Dark Two men were arrested Wed nesday for manufacturing illegal whiskey in a large Buckingham comity still. State and federal authorities made the arrests after waiting at the still, six miles east of Scottville in Buckingham, for seveji and a half hours.
