Chamber Assigns u Committee Tasks ‘Cleaner Town’ Effort Started Tlie Chamber of Commerce Monday night organized a new committee and empowered several standing committees to act on some area and community pro jects discussed during the month ly dinner meeting. President S. W. Putney Jr., named a committee to work with the Farmville Town Council in seeking ways to make Farmville a cleaner, neater community. Larkin M. Pairct was named chairman of the group which in cludes C. L. Tench. J. C. Von Canon and U. B Morris.
