Sawyer told President Truman this country's most important con cern ..hould be to keep America prosperous. He made four points m his statement: 1. There was an almost unani mous opinion that the United States has too many people and too many agencies in western Europe. 2 A new look should be taken at the present handling and trend of the Point Four program, be i ause it is tending to become an other give-away agency. :i.
