The one that hit the tops on 1952 was the one told by a Clevelander; "It rained so hard the creek ran backwards, hit the dam. turned it around, re versed the mill wheel and un ground 1,000 sacks of flour so fast that when the bags were opened the wheat wasn't even ripe enough to harvest." Mr. Robert C Allen tells me one ab'ut the wind blowing so, hard that it turned a hen wrong side out and she laid the same egg six times before she got straight. Haven't seen Mr. J. A. Moyer yet. but when he gets in. the top tall story will be laid. There is always room for new entries and if you know one let 'er rip. This fabulous pa.^ime has made politicians and salesmen famous and merchants poDr for all these many years. Many news papers have been a comDlete fail ure because of the cracker barrel wit and liars combination, they never read the paper.
