Capital City > isit Miss Janie Griffith visited her j sister, Barbara, in Waslrington, recently. Miss Barbara is an em ployee in the telephone company in Washington. The Clyde Marks family and Dance McCraw and I.lis. Vander wool were callers in tne O. M. Bolling home last week. Miss Janet Dunkum. of Long wood College, was home for the week end. Mrs. Jim Marks is sick. All wish her a speedy recovery. Mt. Zion . Dr. Hydock and Mac Mathi. I who have been spending a week with the M. K. Davues. left for their home in Lapoile, Pa., last Sunday. Bad weather interferred with their hunting, so they got very little game. Mrs. Maude Putney has been quite sick. Her friends are anxious to see her back at church again.
