Circuit Court convened Monday, Marca 13, with Judge J. R. H. Alexander presiding.

The case of the Commonwealth

versus Terry Brazelton, for grand larceny, was set for March 21. Duncan Gibbs of Front Royal represents the defendant.

The case of the Commonwealth versus Douglas Dodson, on an appeal on a misdemeanor, was set for Thursday, March 23.

In the case of the Commonwealth versus Claude S. Harrell, on a charge of violating terms of a parole, the parole was revoked and compliance with judgment of November 23, 1949: six months confinement in jail.

In the case of Dorothy Eileen Young versus Swiss Chalet and Hunt Club, Inc., the plaintiff recovered $376.58 with interest thereon from September 1, 1949, with costs.

The case of J. M. Lillard, of J. M. Lillard, Jr., deceased, versus Thomas Lee Huff, administrator of Robert Lee Huff, deceased, was set for May 10.

The case of the Commonwealth versus Monroe Kelly Atkins, set for Wednesday, March 15, was discharged. A. M. Hickman represented Atkiyis.
