Movies On Cancer
Prevention Shown
On Friday, March 10, Mrs. H. C. Warwick, a representative of the Rappahannock County unit for the prevention of cancer, presented a movie which portrayed very graphically the way cancer may make an inroad on healthy cells of the body. Pupils of the elementary and high school grades saw this picture.

Mr. Joel T. Kidd, high school councilor and a member of the Madison College Summer School faculty, visited Sperryville High School, on Monday, March 13.
On The Sick List
Miss Della Hill, teacher of the first grade, has been absent for several days on accomt of an attack of influenza, and Mis. C. B. Johnson has been substituting for her.
Glee Club Practice
Mrs. Cahen conducted the Glee club practice on March 8. Work was continued on a number of songs that will be ised for the forthcoming minstrel.
4-H Club News
The Senior 4-H Club met on Tuesday, March 7, with Miss Janet Sollenberger presiding. The girls worked on their spring gar^ ments and discussed the making of them.
