Schedule for next week:

F. T. Valley Home Demonstration Club No. 2 will meet at the home of Mrs. Milton Sisk, March 24 at 2 p.m. The demonstration will be on “Salads That Bring Nutritive Value into the Diet.”

There will be a “Caning Chair” demonstration in Amissville. This demonstration will start at 9:30 a.m. March 30. All women that are interested in learning how to cane chairs ire asked to attend.

The Sperryville H. D. club met at the home of Mrs. W. H. Lyne, March 14 at 2 p.m. The demonstration was on “What to Know in Buying Fabrics for the Living Room,” and was given by the agent. Most of the clubs that are organized in the county chose this demonstration for the month. Certain pointers were given to the club members to follow when buying fabrics for slip covers and draperies. They were as follow: (a) draperies are used to soften the 'line between the wall and the transparency of the windows, and to add color to the room, thus the fabric used should harmonize in texture, color and design with
