Glee Club Practice
Glee Club practice was held on Wednesday, March 15, with Mrs. Cahen conducting the group, work was done on songs that will be used for the minstrel on April 27.
Movies At S. H. S.
The movie “Kit Carson” was shown here Thursday, March 16. The movie was stopped at 2:45 p.m. and school was dismissed because of the weather. The rest of the movie was shown on Monday, March 20, at 9:00 a.m.
This film gave an interesting, historically correct account of the activities of Fremont and Carson in establishing the American government in California.

William Spicer spent the week with his wife and son, at the home of Mrs. B. R. Cannon.
Mr. and Mrs. Pete Huff and son of Alexandria, spent Monday and Tuesday at “Brookview” as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Buckley.
