Parsonage Progresses

Building is moving along on the Baptist parsonage at Woodville, being built by the Mt. Lebanon and Woodville churches.

Members of the building committee are encouraged by the progress. Mrs. Lily O’B. Barber, a member of the committee, reports that, along with many •other signs of the fine spirit of friends, she received a substantial gift from R. W. Miller this week accompanied by the wish to be of more assistance in the future should frnds run low.

Rapp'k Garden Club

To Hold Meeting

The March meeting of the Rappahannock Garden Club will be held at the Lee Highway Hotel in Sperryville, Wednesday, March 29, at 2:00 o’clock in the after-, noon. The joint hostesses at this meeting will be Mrs. J. G. Revercomb, Mrs. S. E. Hening, and Mrs. John R. Revercomjj.

The pix>gram topic will be “Planting for Beauty” on which slides will be shown. The exhibits will be on spring arrangements.

Extra guests are cordially invited to attend, since there will be extra room to accomodate them at the hotelT
