Rocket Girls Victorious
The Rocket girls team was victorious over the Warrenton girls in a basketball game played at Sperryville auditorium Monday evening, with a score of 34-21. The boys lost their game by nine points, 41-32.
Engagement Announced
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Smoot of Washington, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mary Edna Smoot to Warren Emerson Dennis, son of Rev. and Mrs. W. B. Dennis of Castleton.
The wedding will take place in the near future.
