TRACT NO. 1: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 161 acres, more or less, said land lies in the “Harris Hollow” about five miles northwest of the Town of Washington, Virginia, and is known as the W. G. Wood “Harris Hollow Place.” TRACT NO. 2: All that certain tractor parcel of land situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, east of U.S. Route 211 and bounded and described as follows; according to a plat and survey of said land made bv C. T. Guinn, Jr.:
“Beginning at “B”, a point in John Wayland’s line (5.99 ch. S. E. of right of way line of U. S. Highway 211), marked by an iron pipe driven into the ground, and running N. 44^° E 4.74 ch. to “C”. an iron pipe in orchard ; thence, S 45V2° E. 8.44 ch. to “ D”, another iron pipe; thence, S 44V20 W. 4.74 ch. to “E”, corner to Wayland and O’Bannon marked by an iron pipe; thence, with Wayland’s line along the S. W. side of land N. 45V20 W. 8.44 ch. to the beginning, and containing 4.00 acres.”
Said Four Acre tract is subject, however, to a right of way running alongside the same and bounded and described as follows:
“Beginning at “E”, an iron pipe on the SW side of the present lane, a corner to John Dodson (formerly O’Bannon). John Wayland, Irene Wood Anderson Buckley and the “4 Acre Tract”, and running with said Wayland N 45%° W. 8.44 ch. to another iron pipe corner to *aid Buckley in said Wayland’s line. ,
